Hello,

This week was exhausting. 

And if there's any significant thing I've learned from it, it's to always forgive yourself. I'm sure most of us had days where we just can't move on from the mistake we've made and probably let it haunt us for the rest of our lives-- but I feel like it's all pointless.

Have you heard of that saying? Where, "No amount of guilt can change the past and no amount of worry can change the future." I don't remember who said that but I felt like this made me realize a couple of things and changed the way I look at things. Plus, it's probably one of the reasons why I've been acting a bit twitchy lately; kinda unscrewing myself inside and replacing those rusty parts. I have to admit, it's hard to adjust and try to do something that you're not used to. But if you think [which btw I do] that it's for the better then you have to make the right sacrifices.

COMPLEMENTING BACKSTORY: Long time ago, I kept reminding people to never lose themselves . Ironically, when somebody else told me that, I felt, in that moment, that I already did. Which is why I'm doing <this>

Different subject but still relating to you: 

A huge part of paranoia comes from worrying about things that might happen according to how we see it and not how it really is. If you ask me, it's better to try and fail than to regret not trying at all. 

Note to self and to you, too: if you there's a moment where you can stop being a coward, take it. We need more brave people in this world. Mmm what else?
