Hello? Oh, you're there.

Dear 'ol me,

I thought I lost you. X))

So, basically I just spent my first ever Sinulog here in Cebu and I celebrated it by none other than: sleeping!

SINULOG!

Yeah, yeah.. I know. But who am I too know that it was gonna fall under a day I'll be working?!

And yes, it's true. I AM working. Most of my classmates and friends are back in school right now continuing their college life.

A big shout out to my friends in Leyte! Woot woot~! (Hi, guys! XD)

As for me... I don't know if I'm way back behind them and wanting to catch up or I'm already beyond them. XD Either way I'm certain I'm in a weird path right now and I can't figure out things. I'm trying to fit every piece together.

About my job, I don't even know if I'm allowed to give details about it. Haha! But what I can tell you is that our client is a website that let's you book flights from different airlines! :)) So basically I receive calls from passengers and modify/fix their reservations if they want. There are times I'll call certain airlines on behalf of customers.

It's kinda fun 'cause I speak to random strangers and interact with them. :3

Sometimes we'd share something as if we're close friends :)))

But sometimes I'd get angry customers on the line asking for refunds and making complaints O_____o

And it kinda sucks. I just love it when I do my opening spiel and they'll be, like, "I need a supervisor!" and I'll transfer them right away. No sweat. Haha.
